just for reference the 750 with fbo maxes at 170 as per gps, not dash. 600 is around 150-155 with stock gearing and fbo

Try a 180/"60"/17 for the 600cc, you'll get a few extra on the side of the tires

My R1 has a 200 55, she feels alot more capable then my gsxr. I did have a 200 on a 600cc before and that shit is butterrr..

nice bike man, I have an 07 gsxr600 but totaled her a few weeks ago. unfortunately accidents happen.. can't wait to get a new bike and back to riding though. mine is straight piped with a two brothers slip on and moore mafia tune. ride safe and have fun. if you want to get rid of that FI light get a servo buddy, pretty easy install.

I stand at 5'9 and I still have room to bend my leg while flat footing. I think you'd/ someone would be able to flat foot this bike, maybe not comfortably due to hyperextension, but I think it's possible.
