Yesss man! Personally I believe a tts is a waste of time if it is done too frequently. I used to go out to countless of tts but then I realise, the reason why I go to a tts is because I just wanted to ride, not the food hunting so much so, might as well i forego the tts and just focus on the being on the bike as much as I can 😁. Not sure if it makes any sense so I hope u understand. Thanks for watching my video buddy.

take note: he is using a rear tire with these dimentions: 110/70/17 .... & sprocket 46/15, it increase more torque to rear tire, improve aceleration & top speed :)

Dude, your GSX-R150 goes super fast. I currently have GSX-S150 for 5 months already and I was only able to reach 100kph like 3 times. Anything that you added or upgraded on your bike?

Hey dudeee, thanks for watching my video. If im not mistaken, the tuning of our bikes are different. The GSXR (stock setup) has a little more power and room to get to the higher rpm where as the GSXS seems to have more focused power on the mid range and also, the rpm cut-off is around 140+kmh. This is what I know from checking with GSXR/GSXS Malaysia community. What I seen the GSXS riders did is by replacing the stock ECU with the aftermarket ECU and retune it. Hence the power becomes similar to the GSXR. Rightfully so because everything else about the engine, are very identical.

Salam bos, kalau kes motor saya pula lain ckit..spoket asal 15-45 kan..time tu top kalau tegak dpt 134 jak 😅.. Lpas tukar spoket 15-46 baru blh dpt 144 tegak..x tunduk lg & x pasti dah hbs putar trotel ke belum 😂.. so xtau la brapa topspeed sebenar.. Maybe sbb berat saya 95kg..tu yg spoket stended x blh dpt lbh 140 tu..saya baca² forum gsx kata kalau berat lbh 90kg ke atas better tambah 1 mata spoket belakang..lpas tambah nmpknya mmg menjadi la..motor jd ringan tp nmpk rpm mcm cpt naik..nak jg try 15-44 mcm bos cdgkan tu dlmni..tp risau plak makin drop topspeed 😅

i think 150 kmh in real speed is enough for stock engine, i wonder how much the meter can pass if you upgrade your cylinder block and porting engine head.

150kmh for a stock 150cc engine is already a good number. However, with the potential that this small engine of the gsxr has, i cant wait to do the upgrades and test them. Unfortunately, I have to wait for 2023 to finally get on with the plan so bear with me.

Good question. In general, it is really up to individual preference. Some like it bigger to look good or feels more stable in the straights. Here is why it works for me. 1. Cheaper tire - in order to get rear track tires, I need to get the size about 120/70 minimum, but most tire manufacturers dont develop tires for that size for smaller cc bike. So i had to opt out to get the front SBK tires, which can cost up to RM550 (picture this, Pirelli rosso corsa 2 110/70 price is rm240 but the size of 120/70 is only available at rm500+; that is twice the amount). 2. Nimbleness - it really felt nimble in the smaller track. Dont get me wrong, even if u have bigger tires for a small bike, u can still have fun in the corners but when I started to push for time, I found that with smaller tire size (not too small, minimum 110/70 rear; just a tad smaller compared to Moto3 bikes which is at 115/70), it helps reduce the effort to flick the bike especially in chicanes. Plus, it reduces the overall weight of the bike. These 2 reasons are what works for me. I hope this answer your question. Thank you for watching the video.

@@DriftMonkey336 depending on the rim size. We cant just put on the rear tire size to 110/70 if the rim size is about 3.5inch which is the stock size for gsxr. If u checked the rim size chart, the best fit for 110/70 tire would be in between 2.5" to 3". Any bigger than that, would make the tire be looking like a donut. And to answer your question whether theres any less grip if we use a smaller tire size, i dont believe so because i have seen a bunch of Yamaha R15 that went down to 110/70 from 140/60, and they are really fast and agile in attacking corners. It depends on the rider themselves.

On meter, yes, but i dont think it is accurate as it shorten the gear ratio. It helps to gain better acceleration but top speed wise, it will drop. And on the speedometer, it may show that ure moving at 170+ but in reality, ure only moving at 150+kmh. I would prefer to go down to 44t for the highway run as it lessen the load on the engine. I hope this helps.

Waalaikumussalam. Utk 120km total distance, pttnya x ada masalah. Cuma perlu ikut manual guide saja, sb xsilap saya, service interval dalam 3000 km. Moto standard x de issue. Tapi di cni, kena tgk cara bawak jgk, kalau selalu high rpm, better kerap sikit lah tukar engine oil, tukar apa2 yg ptt. Valve clearence bila dah smp 10-15k km. Balancer pn kena check.

When the fork was still on the factory fork oil, yes, it felt a little shaky but once I changed to thicker fork oil, the wobble is gone. I am currently running on the 30w fork oil...so it is very, very thick (comparing to stock fork oil; 5w or 10w)

Kedua2 sprocket setup, utk saya, saya rasa xsesuai sebab: 14-45 top speed akan hilang. Sprocket 14 saya hanya guna bila nak masuk track kecik. Sprocket ratio adalah sgt pendek so top speed akan drop (meter tunjuk 160+ tapi gps speed hanya 130+) 15-46 setup ni pulak, saya guna masa main di sepang track besar. Stock setup adalah 15-45, so sepatutnya x lari jauh tapi bila up size sprocket blkg, akan terasa lebih ringan tapi top speed akan cpt sampai dan akibatnya, engine akan meraung terlalu awal (di highway) Untuk daily use saya guna 15-44. So bila pulas di highway, cruising pn sedap sb engine x terlalu meraung sgt Soalan kedua - stock sprocket setup pn dah sesuai (tapi maybe kalau nak pickup 15-46, elok, tapi problemnya masa di karak, jadi terlalu cpt smp top speed pulak) Harap saya jawab soalan dgn betul 😆
