GT Agressor Pro 1X Gearset Conversion

We remove the stock 3x crankset and front derailleur, and replace it with a new 1x Bucklos crank and a Shimano 40T rear cassette with a wider gear range. We used the factory rear derailleur and bottom bracket.

Hi guys, looks like you did a good job, only issue is that by having a 40t cog as the lowest gear on the back and what seemed to be a 30t chainring you are effectively having a lowest ratio of 0,75 which may be insufficient if you are planning to go uphill on challenging routes

Agreed. (It’s a 32, so .8!) It’s been too hot to do much riding here and test it out (120F+). We’re headed up to the mountains soon though to ride and record our thoughts. There are a few options we’re looking at, but suggestions are welcome!
