I just got a pair other the GT Smoothies and am going to put them on my Trek Cobia. I already have a set of ThickSlicks on my other 29, and I really like them. The reduction of rolling resistance is truly amazing.

I ordered my kid the GT pro series 24 and im not a fan of the smooth tire, ill be replacing them for something similar to the old school GT megabite tires.

I just ordered my first-ever BMX bike, a 24" GT Pro Series and it comes with these Smoothie tires. Do any riders use Flat-Out in their BMX tires to help prevent flats? Thanks in advance.

Most do not. Carry extra tube, patches, pump. Change tubes as you pop them. Flat tires will always exist you have to just figure how to fix one if you get one

i'm building a cruiser, this tyre looks cool, but does it last? i'm worried of the extra sticky nature of it. otherwise i'll just go for the billy bonkers i wanted initially.

Thickslicks are lighter than the hookworms. It’s your bike, you have to make the choice

Whats a good psi for wheeling on this tire?

It is rated for 66psi but you can go as low as 30psi. It’s up to your preference. Start high and slowly take air out until you like it.
