Thank you for putting out this video and for sharing your tune! I tried your changes a day or so ago, and just like you said I def have less understeer than I did with my original tune (which was basically stock, except for some minor gear ratio and final drive tweaks I made + installing a mid-rpm turbo). The car is now noticeably more manageable, feels a bit more planted… and when running with fuel map 1 (incl final drive ratio set to 3.925) I’m now able to get 1:39/1:38 times much more easily compared to my prev tune. My best time so far is 1:36.9xx… can’t ask for more than that. 👍👍

I personally use Grade 2 cars, specifically The Lexus rc grade 2. It holds more fuel so I only pit twice and has more downforce than grade 3 which I prefer to keep fast in corners. I do need to restrict power to qualify but it's worth it to me. I got a similar 25 mintue race time

I also used a group 2 car as well,my classic favorite bmw mclaren f1 gtr race car.it went great my lap domination is 1.30 seconds per lap lead.i’m new to comments.

I do this race regularly to earn quick cash, usually downtune a GT500 car like the GTR Nismo. Another good thing is there's no bad weather to contend with unlike the 30 minute Le Sarthe event

I dismissed many of the Gr.3 cars because I didn't like how they handled in their sport mode bop setups. Turning up the difficulty and tuning the Gr.3's to 800 has made the grind alot more engaging 👍

Absolutely. The BOP Gr3 cars can feel a little tame. A fully tuned and well setup one feels really fun to drive 👍🏻

Awesome video and tune , have a couple of yours in the shed now , and now another, my favourite is the Honda concept no turbo as the pp jumps up with the turbo sad but true, 1:36:502 is the fastest on this track to date and a lot of fun, one tire change lap 7 top up fuel and run fuel map 2 this is just enough to finish in pole 1 with poit 0:02 laps remaining pro level also makes for a great race and good credit grind 👍, appreciate the time and effort you put in to the video's and tunes 👍 loyal sub 👍

Awesome tuning! I know that this race you're supposed to run in a gr.3, but i still love to downgrade some gr.1 cars and make it even funnier, especially with the 787B, sometimes i can finish laps within 1.32 min and with just 1 pit

CLK-GTR tuned to 799.9 will do this with a one stop - lap 11 even on fuel mode 6. Can win having lapped the full grid

I may have adjust the main number (the one that’s shown) but I never adjust individual gears. So if your number matches here then all your gears will match.

Hello, I feel the car is unable to turn in hard braking zone, like T1 or T8 (Top right corner of the map, 6:03), I released the brakes but it seems like the tyres are fully locked while turning, should I lower the initial torque? As the track is dry and have a nice surface, thank you.

Moving brake balance rearwards will help. More front downforce. Lower initial torque will also help 👍🏻 Make sure you have ABS set to default in settings.

You can restart the race quickly. It’s only a 25 .5 minute race.

That’s strange. I don’t think there any anything special you need to do… no option to purchase them?

I think the shop options are made available based on progress/collector level so you may not have the advanced shop options if you're early in the game

I'm sorry, but there is one thing I don't undestand. The game says that the max. reward what you can get is Cr. 485.000, but after the race you gained Cr. 727.500. Why is that, i don't get it? 🤨 Did I miss something?

Usually you can pass the first couple cars on the opening straight in to turn 1, then hang back as the cars ahead of you bash around trying to get in a line. You may have the faster car, but it's a shit show trying to fight them through the next few turns. The second place to pass is after your second split time shows up. It's that fast winding part between the two slow left handers. Anyway, don't try to take them on the inside, go on the outside of them as they slam on the breaks into the right hander at the top of the hill. You can usually pass 2 or 3 of them there and carry enough speed into that following left hander to get another. You can likely pass another on the brakes into the following slow left hander. After that, stay hard on the gas through the right hander on to the straight. The AI goes way too wide on the exit and for some reason can't keep any speed, so you can pass 3 or 4 cars on the straight if you keep to the middle/right side of the track. Basically, rinse and repeat that method. Pretty easy race if you do that. I can't remember my final race time, but I usually run 1:40's for lap times on the nerfed GT Red Bull 2019 with fuel set at 6 for the whole race.

Yeah I think on co troller this car could have a lot of oversteer on corner entry. The new AMG could be a good choice for controller. I think I’ll cover that tune on my channel soon 👍🏻
