The 911 RSR is a GTE car. GTE regulations were looser than GT3 is currently. Essentially a silhouette series. Miss those cars

do you find you don't adapt to shifting by sound in the cars without the blinky lights?

I race in VR, so if the car doesn’t have a tach and/or shift lights. It’s a disadvantage. The Alfa 4C has a low red line and the 458 is very high, so relying on the sound will still take a lap or two to adapt. That’s all lost time and every second counts in racing.

What does it mean that the car tends to "push"? Understeer? Oversteer? On corner entry or exit?

Push and under steer are synonymous and it’s referring to a car’s tendency to go straight in a turn when you’re going too fast. It’s the front tires slipping in a corner. This is the easier of the two to correct and more common with front wheel drive. Oversteering is when the rear tires are the limiting grip factor when going too fast. That causes the back of the car to come around and can result in a spin. Drifting is controlled oversteer.

Please don’t use the Z4 over the M6, the M6 obliterates the Z4 in literally everything, also don’t use outdated cars such as Atenza, AMG 16 or R8 LMS ‘15 if you’ re looking for raw pace.

@ could be, but M6 is easily the best car in the game or at least top 3 right now. That’s doesn’t mean you have to use it, you’re free to use whatever one you like of course 👍🏻

The Z4 may also have some advantage specifically at Fuji. If you sign with BMW, you’ll have access to all 4 and can practice a few laps with each before each race.

@pelenida01 I disagree with your sentiment; you personally only want to see specific cars (or moreso not bother with ones you feel are worthless?) ... I prefer seeing how everything does in someone's hands. Comparative data of the entire class against each other. Tuning changes happen, what if one of them that is a dog now, gets a buff; the creator can test it against this data, show both and the car could go from trash to meta. A couple tweaks to the Z4 and it could be the new Mazda3. What it doesn't tell me is anything directly related to my experience and skillset. No lap for me to see if I struggle in spots or excel in spots ... or maybe I handle a type of car better. I have no clue, just their lap times and mildly explained experience. This is no Tidgney car guide to be clear (did you tell him not to test the underdogs?) Not everyone excels at every car type and set up, this is the first video I've watched of this channel as well, so no history to infer from. What I'd like to see ... a hot lap of the best car of the sessions and maybe bloopers and bits going through the countless hours running time trials on about 50 vehicles on a just under 2 min HOT LAP. a list of the results in some form of readable table. discussion of where you feel your times may falter and where the viewer may pick up some time ... maybe if you notice a trend, how your driving style, preferences, etc. might affect the test results and how that may apply to the viewer. 10 laps each car means min of 20 mins a car; every 3 cars min hour; 3x16=48 ... so min of 16 hours recording, plus editing, scripting, etc. so I hope people understand this video probably took a week of work if was main life focus; several weeks min otherwise. I'd presume there is at least 30 hours of work in this video if they are relatively efficient with their time. Thanks for doing it; I bet the first video project felt like an overwhelming mountain of work ... especially since GT7 -> PC is either capture card or hoop jumping with 'record previous gameplay' or jumping through replay hoops. That is why I feel 30 hours might be low or high time investment depending on set up not including real life distractions. take care everyone; have a great 2025

The 911 sadly is the RSR Le Mans variant which is mid engine, they moved the engine up. Which is why I been begging for a actual real 911 GT3 R GT3 race car. Also what was the Ferraris lap time? For me top 3 gotta be the AMG, 911, & I guess the Ferrari.
