In 4 years it will be 2028 Which would would mean 2008 would be 20 years ago. dimitris ending made sense but hearing romans dialog after pegging rhinos death makes no sense at all. roman: we did it its over! niko: IS IT? roman: we can start making money again. uhh roman there are other mafia families around the city and niko took out the lowest bunch that were laughed at by the bigger mafia gangs, niko would still have more groups.

GtaIV fan fact: On the PS3 version, it is possible to call Jacob's special ability and obtain a wanted level without having Jacob flee. It is a bit finnicky to achieve, but what I find to work best is to call the cops, followed by shooting Jacob. It definitely seems linked to having Jacob stunned in the moment the wanted level is obtained. This is the good part: The interesting side effect to this glitch is that any agressors approaching within a certain radius will despawn. Any non-hostile npc's (example: paramedics) are free to enter. This effect will last until Jacob dies, or in some cases get's spooked. This can make for some good shootouts without the fear of suddenly getting blasted with a shotgun.

Interesting suggestion... The game physics are the same, the walk style is slightly different Johnny has a slight limp (from an accident) and Luis is less relaxed then Niko (IDK how to explain) Since the euphoria physics engine let NPCs ragdoll and interact with objects in a way that makes every fall slightly different. So it is possible that the different walk style results in a slightly different interaction with NPCs... although I can't say I noticed patterns like the one you mentioned.
