You can get it without getting tased. Just go to the other side of the road and use a rifle to kill both officers at once. You’ll get a 3 star wanted level but if you’re good enough at the game and evading police you’ll get away with it

pretty sure a few of these are only for newer gen consoles and pc but there are a couple that I know of for the PS3 that they missed 1 baseball bat at the 3/5 discount store near the fitting room (I checked all of them it's the only one that has it) 2 crowbar at the Cluckin' Bell place in Paleto Bay due south from the northern most entrance look for an alcove with a dumpster and a stack of palettes it will be behind them

go up to the bridge under the highway near paleto bay and the molotov there will spawn infinitely.. or if you find a spawn, pick it up, save, load, it will pick up again, and just keep saving and loading and you will get full

down in the industrial area where gta online has the meth warehouse, when you go to the gate entrance thing near the catwalks there are 4 foot high concrete white barracade walls.. if you go behind them on the water side there is a crowbar on the ground.. i know cuz i picked it up and needed to dump it cuz it messed up my loadout haha

tried location for mp5(in video)I found no weapon at all,i did on the other hand find 1 scrap instead(tried a few others to found nothing at all) So is this depending on what version of game u play or why what how where n when????if u get my question about locations n version of game..
