honestly it would be cool if the police did look like this in gta 5, the regular noose officers and lspd cops just look kind of plain and boring but these versions look way more realistic and better. same with the guns and vehicles too, why don’t they just add army humvees and let soldiers ride on the barracks? and with the riot van, noose doesn’t even use it regular cops do. i think if gta was like this then it would be way more fun

That was one of the easiest assassinations' I've ever seen you executed, Mike. Even I would have been able to do that. The Legendary master is up to his rampage runs again. *laughs in amazement* You can really mod the game better than rockstar can. The mayor was preparing to give a speech on the steps leading up to the city government center when shots suddenly rang out. Witnesses recall several shots & fatalities as a result of the actions by the assailant. Police were able to confirm that only one person was involved in this terrible tragedy and that several Los Santos PD officers were KIA. Additionally, each member of mayor Smith's personal security detail was killed, too. The assailant is still at large, and a statewide manhunt is underway. The motivations behind this tragedy still remain unclear, but some are speculating that it may be in response to the mayor's recent decision to sign legislation passed by the Los Santos city council that increased city property taxes to the highest recorded level in city history, at a time when the citywide economy is in decline. In spite of the city's poor economic standing and numerous protests all throughout LS against the legislation (which only passed the council and reached mayor Smith's desk after he cast the tie-breaking vote), he signed the bill late last night The speech that was to be given by the mayor this afternoon was intended to lay out his reasons behind signing the tax hike into law and how the city would ultimately benefit from it in the long haul. The mayor was also expected to announce an exploratory committee to run for Governor of San Andreas in the state's upcoming 2024 election. The current governor, Raymond Garcia (who, like mayor Smith, is also an Independent), is term-limited and ineligible to run for a 3rd consecutive term in office Governor Garcia ordered all flags statewide (and atop the state capitol building) to be flown at half mast for the next 47 days, as that was mayor Smith's age upon his assassination Mayor Smith leaves behind his two teenage children and his beloved wife Tina, whom he was married to for 20 years
