I honestly think that the first and last guy did really well considering the places they had to get to. Especially the last guy. He had to go over mountains and through the vinewood hills and even when playing normally those are not easy to traverse so well done to the last guy.

I watched live, and the first guys run was just mind numbing, most of chat gave him a pass from the actual distance covered, but he made several annoying calls that weren't a result of in game timing vs him giving directions, that tanks the score normally. 2nd guy just had a flat-out hilarious situation with bikers that char just couldn't get over, I never stopped laughing myself, and as Matt's patience goes down the more chat is likely to give a good vote. 3rd guy not only took far far too long but had so many non-time-based mistakes that it wasn't enjoyable at all. So, it was a balance between when the challenger went from funny to annoying.

Matto I don't think it's a good idea to let chat decide who did good or not. The first guy 100% deserves the money, as the spot was really difficult, and he still got you there, whereas the 2nd guy messed around for so long trying to get a car only to abandon it for a route that is easily walkable. I would just say that instead of giving some people 100 bucks and some not, you should give everyone 50 bucks that manages to get you to the spot in a "reasonable" time (Which depends on how hard that spot is to get to).

the first guy did a really good job, he was just either very slow at typing or a bit lazy. He could have given a lot more instructions, but he got the job done. The last guy also did a decent job. He took a poor route and got really unlucky, but it wasnt his fault that it took so long. He was intentionally trolling by misspeling a lot, but that was pretty funny imo.

Maybe you should try to set a timer. For example; they have a maximum of 30 mins, and, if you are not in the location before that, they lose. (This would remove the chat voting system at the end of the 'run') but might give more incentive for the viewer participating to do better (like a challenge for them too) I understand that this could lead to a less 'satisfying' final edit (youtube viewer wise) but it it might act as an incentive for viewers to do better with the addition of your sanity being spared. love the videos, I've definitely gotta catch a stream soon :)

Every contestant could start with $200. Every 9 seconds $1 is deducted. This way the money is at $100 after 15 minutes and at $0 after 30 minutes. This way faster candidates would get more while you wouldn't get anything if you took too long. (Could also be altered to -$1 for every 12 seconds if you want $100 after 20 minutes and $0 after 40.)
