Here’s an idea: if there are hunters alongside when you are stopped at a junction, try doing what the ai sometimes do and pull out on the car in front so that it looks like you’re an ai

It's a clever idea, but it's more likely to just make them pay more attention to all of the cars than doing nothing, unless the hunters are already kinda suspicious of him in particular. Risk/reward not the greatest.

The Hunters could recognize his character if they look at his car. The main reason he prefers to just do nothing is because doing something odd would get him looked at.

I feel like with the subgoal of blowing up those pink cars you could expand this game and have it take place on the entire map. As I was watching this one I had this random idea: 1. Divide the map into X amount of zones, spread pink cars in those zones evenly or not, depends on you. 2. Have one player (neutral observer) drop the person being hunted either on the north or south part of the map. Hunters, as usual, would start at the docs, but the grace period mixed with time for everyone to spread out would give the player time to buy new clothes or maybe get a haircut. 3. After X amount of time the observer (who has access to the map and knows where everybody is, including the person being hunted) decides that the zone X is off limits and everyone who gathered there should leave the zone immediately (It would create this Battle-Royale esque feeling of the game. For hunters it would create an advantage of less terrain to cover and for the person being hunted would put more pressure on performing well) 4. It would change the nature of the game from "survive the hunt" to "blow cares while being undetectable" but I feel like the core nature of this series would be contained. Obviously, stuff would need to be seriously balanced and talked about [from the amount of hunters, amount of cars, additional rules] and one game would take much much longer than your usual 30-50 minutes but I feel like it would be a nice spin :P Either way this is a great series, I've enjoyed binge-watching it during this last week. Keep up the good work :)

I think that not removing the wanted level when you're in an active chase is very beneficial. 2 stars is barely an inconvenience to you, but it can really be annoying to anyone chasing you. The more vehicles chasing you, players or cops, the more likely shenanigans will ensue. Plus, it helps get the hunters their own wanted levels, which also can help you out a bit.
