GTA 5 Chaos Mod with chat! - Philza VOD - Streamed on February 3 2022

In this VOD phil went live as a bonus stream where he would play gta 5 chaos mod. What it does is that chat can vote which of the 4 effects will happen during the game. Phil cannot see what we choose before we chose it. After the voting is over , the effect will take effect in game and will either help phil (which it almost never did) or mess up what he was doing. He did a couple missions but we either broke the mission or he had to restart over because he got killed during the effect in game. From extreme griever jesus to being teleported, this mod has it all. And yes because of this chat was either KEKW or number spam (which was allowed this time because you had to vote that way)
