For anyone wondering, the difference between option 3 and 4 for the emergency lights (for all cop cars) is when the lights are off. Option 3, the housing for the lights are colored red and blue. Option 4, the housing is clear. So it gives you 2 different looks when the lights are turned off. Personally I think the clear looks way better (option 4)

You can, atleast on the Cara Cara and the dorado, ( the ones I tested) simply drive them and make a new plate on the website, then select them on the list and wait for the in-game notification, go to any property workshop and voila you have a custom plate (sadly the color of the plate will reset as soon as you leave the game, but the text will stay)

Hate when the decals are just pasted on over top the weird bumps and grooves in the door, like the Highway Patrol one looks cool and all but the crest being all warped and illegible because it’s on top of the sharp door edge is so goofy. Same for the hood decals like on the State Trooper one.

The difference in the police light with the v shaped ones are one is red and blue covers when lights are off and the last option which is the same light bar but instead of red and blue covers the light bar is all white like the real modern lights on police cars.(you really can’t tell when modding it cause the lights are on so they look the same)

As I say for all of your other videos with the cop cars. 3 and 4 are the same except for when the lights are off. Three has the red and blue LEDs when the lights are off and four it's completely clear when they are off

Custom emergency lighting 3 and 4 changes how the light bar looks when its off. You can have the bar red and blue as you did in this video, or you can select 4, which gives a white or silver cover where the lights are but only effects the light bar.if that makes any sense. I guess it would be the difference between having bulbs vs led's IRL.
