He'll text you different messages every time you cross his house with their car . Might work with Trevor as well but idk with Franklin it works on my completed GTA 5 saved file.

That's rhe kind of detail an artist makes but when playtesting it doesn't really work so it gets lamely patched out, not much to explain there, and most half baked details have the same background, if you watch some buildings during development you'll understand what I mean

Idk if this has been covered before but if you fire an RPG at Michael's house as either Trevor or Franklin, he'll send you a text message asking if you were the one who's doing it. If you continue to fire rockets after the text, he'll ring you up and yell at you to stop firing rockets at his house before hanging up.
