Here is the thing man, and this is no way shape or form advising and or promoting people that aren't 18 to apply for LEO because its very rare exception, very very rare. We do have a couple of 16 year olds as LEOs but those are people that have been on the server, joined in another Department and we got to see them first hand in Roleplay and professionalism. No guarantee, no promises. Like I said only about 2-3 of them got to go LEO.
