BE ADVISED! THIS MOD WORKS ONLY ON NVIDIA RTX CARDS FOR NOW!!! MOD INSTALLATION 1. You need PureDark DLSS3 FG Mod files to you use the FSR3 FG Mod by Nukem9. sharing the mod files in public might be kinda risky hence it's a paid mod after all. 2. You need to install the ASI Loader V by copy & paste the dinput8.dll to the main game directory. You can get it from this website: www.gtaall.com/gta-5/programs/60870-asi-loader-v.html 3. Copy the GTA5- Puredark DLSS3 FG Mod files to the main game directory. 4. You also need to download the DLSS3 FG to FSR3 FG Mod files by Nukem9 from the link below for RTX 2000/3000 series cards. Extract the rar file, run the Disable Nvidia Signatures checks first and then copy & paste nvngx.dll and dlssg_to_fsr3_amd_is_better dll files into the main game directory. www.nexusmods.com/site/mods/738?tab=files 5. As for the FG Mod, it feels really smooth and DLSS compatibility is perfectly done with the Frame Generation..Nukem9 mods also works perfect on RTX 2000/3000 series GPUs. More DLSS3/FSR3 Frame Generation supported games will be tested soon!!

NOTE: I have also tried the QuantV graphics mod before uploading this video but the Frame Generation didn't work asynchronously well so the smoothness was really weird but the 3060 12GB managed to get 80 to 100 FPS maybe because the base FPS was hovering around 60-70 FPS on 1080p Ultra and had to lower some settings first.. Anyways, I'm gonna save the QuantV and NVE graphics mods with Frame Generation for another time..

Finally easy to follow tut, man. Thanks. I have the problem of black screen when the game is finished loading and starts. Pause menu, HUD, everythings is viewable, but the world is black screen. Have quant V installed Bro, so maybe his ENB causes this issue?? Do you heard about the black screen before? Will try to delete the enb files. Hopes this helps. 😞

No, You have to have a rtx card that haves dlss. This mod basically changes dlss into frame generation.

It is true that the FPS has increased significantly, but the latency is too high. I receive 100 FPS, but when I move the mouse, the frame rate stutters like 60 FPS.

FPS threshold is pretty high for this game so if you wanna feel the smoothness of the FG Mod for GTA 5, your base FPS shpuld be around minimum 120-150 FPS or more otherwise don't use the mod it's kinda unncessary..

Is this mod still work with the latest version of the game though? I'm thinking of revisit this game with the new update. I always wanted to finish this game since years but I never had the time to do so. The game is HUGE and have lots of possibilities inside that are so overwhelming for quick play. It's still one of those few games that I actually enjoy playing though. I remember back when the game came out I was so hyped about this eventhough I don't even have a machine for that. I thought it already looking realistic enough in 2013, so close to real life graphics, on vanilla of course. Along with PES 2013 and other titles that came out during that time. It's quite revolutionary to game graphics. But now with a capable hardware, the mod, the best settings and all of that, still don't give me the similar feelings like I had back in the days. Why is that so? Nostalgia is real. Now when I look at it again, it truly looks kinda blocky but understandable that it's an old game obviously. However you can still push the RAGE engine even further with few good mods like QuantV and NVE combined though but not sure yet about the performance cost as I never saw any benchmark regarding that. But I think it ain't that intensive since a 3080 can even fully maxed it out at 4K with mods you know. The problem is that the mods are paid wicis quite a bummer. That dozen necessarily means the vanilla looks bad you know, but if it could look better, it prolly could replace the real life. At least you can lose yourself in the game for a while. Not many times I got this in a game, I think racing games are good at this where playing games can make me feel guilty and feelingless sometimes. In this game in particular, it can hits hard when you can relate so much with friends loyalty and betrayals. Even after you finished the main story, there are still so much that you can do that makes the game feel never finished. This is one of the pros of making an open world game. It gets played and replayed again. Linear titles are fine but I just wish they performed better at least since you get lesser freedom in term of gameplay. Sometimes just static scenes but can be very intensive. So there's that. 🙂

Yes Jakiy, it should work but this mod has already updated so I wanna retest it again with graphics mods if the mod responds well or in worst scenario I will test in FiveM/Online mod of the game because using it in main game is absolutely unnecessary as a RTX 3060 user, 120 FPS+ can be easily achievable on 1080p and even on 1440p...Thanks for the detailed comment btw, I'm quite shocked 🙂 and I definetly agree with the old feelings when this game came out 😉

I haven't tried for Online because there is a high probabilty that your account might be get banned but it should work if you want to do that by Puredark's instructions...

@@Augmented_Realism update: I've managed to make it works online version, the thing that I notice with FSR instead of DLSS FG was DLSS 2 features will disable once you turn on MSAA / FXAA, I got high framerate without any hud flickering but blurry and pixelated instead. Well I guess it's time to upgrade to RTX 4000 :D

Yes, RTX 20 & 30 series can enable the FG but only RTX 2060 and higher models can run it smooth and stable..

Hi! It's very strange, you don't have to install any reshade or graphics mod to implement the FSR3 in GTA5, just makre sure that run the Social Club as admin before luanch the game if you have the original copy or if you using the crack version launch the exe as admin again.

In that system yeah, FSR3 FG mod works really good but i5-12400F + RTX 3060 12GB is more powerful.

IMPORTANT NOTES - This Frame Gen MOD works only on RTX GPUs for now, maybe there will be further supports for AMD & Intel GPUs in the future for GTA 5 and other DX11 supported games as well. - Mod's Frame Gen feature feels smooth when the base FPS is at least 100-120 FPS and higher otherwise it doesn't respond well when you enable the Frame scaling option like in Red Dead Redemption 2, so stick with your native desktop resolution, don't increase the MSAA level more than 2X and don't enable frame scaling option in the advanced graphics settings. - This mod mainly focusing on 180Hz/240Hz/280Hz or higher refresh rate level monitor users. - If you want to use this mod without any HUD ghosting, enable the MSAA as x2, this is important!

This is too much. 120 FPS already plenty for such a decade year old game. Or 60 fps to be more realistic. At this point I think we can just lock it to 30 fps and use LSFG instead to make it looks like 60 fps. Lesser power, lesser heat, longer GPU lifespan and most importantly got bamboozled by the illusion frames. Now 40 series can't flex much since most systems can have FG too. How come your 240 fps dozen stutter? Is not when you got past 188 fps it will stutters like hell? Also turn off the depth of field effect, it's bad for real time gameplay. The only problem in GTAV is not the frames but bad antialiasing they use. It looks bad despite 8x MSAA. Being able to inject FSR into that would be nice too despite "it's not native". As long as it looks better I would take that. 🙂

I don't actually prefer using it in GTA 5 because the RTX 3060 can already handle the game easily with 100 FPS+ on 1080p Highest graphics details with even 4X MSAA and also the Frame Gen works only smooth when the base FPS is at least 100-120 FPS+ level, otherwise it doesn't feel smooth and the Frame scaling (5/4, 7/4, etc) doesn't respond well to the Frame Gen mod if you wanna combine it with higher graphics fidelity options. Regular GTA 5 RAGE Engine is limited up to 188 FPS but the FG Mod unlocks that barrier and eliminates all the stutters even at higher framerates while the mod is mainly focusing on 180Hz/240Hz monitor users I think, otherwise it's not so necessary for me 😬 You are also totally right about the Antialiasing quality, something's feels off even with 8X MSAA when it comes to flawless visual quality expectancy but considering the game's age it's alright I think 👍🏻 This video was also expected one, that's why I tested Jakiy 🙂
