When I did this mission I accidentally stumbled on a real easy way to beat this. I sneaked around back under the ledge and i happened to accidentally fire my weapon and that caused all of the guards to jump off the ledge and commit suicide. Then i just went right up and took him out.

Kinda wish it had been Steve Haines that they saved for last and pushed off a cliff. He caused them the most problems out of all of their enemies. Weston really didn't do a whole lot other than scam them out of money for delivering the semi full of cars and sending Merryweather to kill Michael's family after his secretary got sucked into a jet engine while Michael was chasing her. Their whole speech to him before they kill him didn't really make any sense to me, either. Just ranted about "Off shoring profits and outsourcing". I tried doing it stealthy, It took me 30 minutes to memorize all the guards and 15 to actually not alert them while doing the mission. I can happily say that I can now not alert the guards or die every time.
