bro whats the difference between the SINGLEPLAYER only and the SP HD Texture? because i downloaded the HD Texture 1 and installed it correctly and it always give me 'ERR_SYS_FILELOAD'... which one should I Install?

If you have a high end pc then install HD texture packs.. keep in mind there are 12 HD Texture packs you need to install using OpenIV and make sure to have latest scripthook installed as well

Yeah maybe other mods are interrupting with LC mod.. I’d advise you to do a clean install and then proceed with the mod installation.

No road option available but you can press F11 to quickly teleport between LS, North Yankton and LC.

Might be a HOT TAKE: Unsure, because i also dont have gta on the PC so not sure on what settings you can have but it would look alot more authentic to have the same skybox that was present in gta 4 for liberty city, over a more vibrant setting that is a carryover from gta 5 and Los Santos. I dont think it looks bad at all, but there is something about the gloomy tone that we saw in the original gta 4 that gave it its personality and unique look.

Nah I get what you mean, you basically want dark and gritty liberty city which reflects the dark story of GTA 4 but at the same time at least for me, a remaster like this could be cool.
