Jeff usually when someone doesn't provide a breath sample they are taken to the station and someone takes the suspect's blood sample at the station. You can play how you want, but for more realism you should take people in who fail to provide a breath sample

Hi Jeff, I saw you had that issue where you are not able to press the stopbutton. I found out that the issue is caused by arrest manager. As soon as you use any arrest manager fuction, the stopbutton will be disabled. You might already know all of this xD. Anyways, if u use reloadallplugins and use force duty again, it will be fixed. the only problem is that you have to do it every time you used arrest manager.
