If you ever notice when those OJ call outs come around they are based on the OJ simpson case and sorta kinda show the course of events before his trial

If you have trouble finding where the pursuit is, there's an add on for police radio that gives an update of the pursuit, the location, vehicle description and what not through dispatch. You should check it out

Jeff, here's some advice for future patrols- in traffic stops, you will rarely encounter drivers/passengers that show ID with the opposite sex displayed. When you encounter these people, arrest them for false identification.

When I click F4 and try to bring up the rage hook console, nothing happens, I also cannot go on duty at any police station even though they do appear on the map. Any suggestions?

Make sure you're launching it with RageHook Plugin, and not the regular GTA.exe/launcher. If you launch the RHP there should be a settings gear you can click on that should close out of GTA and load the RHP. You can change the default F4 key to anything you want and also see what plugins it loads at launch.
