Lady with the gun wouldn't need a CCWP if she was open carrying. The real issue is that she was brandishing the weapon. It has to be visible and in a holster for it to be legal. And of course, like you mentioned, she was on private property.

Jeff, have you ever considered the job as a police officer seeing as you know a lot about them? I want to be one but I would barely be able to remember half the stuff you know. Especially the different names for each letter when reading out a plate or name.

The GTA physics are weird. I like how a car when damaged has a chance of catching fire but not exploding. It makes things more intresting. However, if fire is coming out of the gas-tank, run!

Typically, re-uploading someone else's work (i.e. all the mods) is against many websites TOS, and Jeff wouldn't do that. You're going to have to install them all yourself. Even if he did give you a link with everything he had, you'd still personally have to go in and edit/replace the files yourself.

Modding GTA takes practice. Its more of a task of experimenting with mods. My biggest advice though is to get a stable gameconfig. This will make the game a little more stable for modding. Also, when installing stuff, do one thing at a time, test the game, and write down what you did. This will make it so much easier when things go south.

Kevin Harpe they try not to, but if all other units are busy and staties are closer, then yeah. but generally they only focus on felons, warrants, vehicle collision reconstruction, drugs and stuff. but again, if close; they'll assist local deputies or city boys.

The motorola radio you use is not working for me. Ive installed everything correctly but when i launch lspdfr and go on duty, it gives me a message with 3 steps and says i dont have it installed properly. So it sends me to a tutorial video where he shows basically what i have done. Why would it not be working? Please help :D Thanks.

police smart radio? check the dependencies for that mod. sometimes they rely on other mods. hope this helps
