Rumbler sirens are REALLY cool, but it sounds like the officer in the car is going "wee woo" on the bullhorn. I do wish my city had rumblers. It's simultaneously comical and badass.

Just a quick note: The siren is not a reverb or effect, it's a new type of siren with a deeper base that's being used by NYPD currently. I think the idea is the deep frequency makes it more audible in the midst of the existing noise we already get in the city, or if people have headphones, blasting music etc.

to do a traffic break you have to start at the green marker and keep traffic slow until you reach the red marker on the map which is where the accident is it took me so long to figure out when i first installed taccos callout EDIT : Im an idiot and should have watched a bit longer till your figured it out lol sorry

A bit of a roundabout way, but i've found if you stop someone with Seargeant, the best way to get them moving again is to use keep moving then stop ped, issue warning. They'll get back in the car and drive off.
