The CAD/MDT is made specifically for their community only. You cannot get theirs. If you look up Modern Solutions, they make CAD/MDT’s for communities. It does cost but it’s worth it.

Maybe shoulda called a medic via ctrl+H for that guy wandering around especially since BAC was negative. Could have been low blood sugar, medication related, head injury, psychological, etc. Always a cause for altered mental status and he could become a threat to himself or others. Good video though
