The reason I make these videos on these older cars is to provide my opinion on how they currently stack up to newer ones in-game. And ultimately, help you better decide on whether or not you should buy them when/if they go on sale.

You know when youre a baby or a small child your parents buy you toys, you can't really choose. When i was about 6 years old i wanted a hotwheels really bad and forced my family to purchase it. It was my first choice of a toy. It was a 80s camaro iroc-z. A black camaro with two red stripes on the hood. I lost it when i was about 8-9 years old and cried for it every night for weeks. I couldn't find it but it made a special connection between that gen of camaros and me. Thing is i started to like mullet hair style and classic rock/hard rock music as i grew up. Murica! lol.

Fun fact: you can do wheelies with the Ruiner If you hold the brakes while revving the engine then let go of the brakes while you’re still revving the engine it pops a wheelie

The name “Imponte” is supposed to be based off Pontiac but This car kinda reminds me more of an 80s Camaro the Ruiner 2000 is more a Trans am than the regular one

Honestly every Firebird and camaro inspired car pass for both . They all have aspects of eachother because of how close the sister cars are irl .

@@DigitalCarAddict Yeah the trans am and the Camaro are both same body style, however the trans am had more smooth square taillights and the Camaro was the car with the many small squares making the 4-5 columns and the front end is very much different from the trans am, the Camaro came with the inserted headlight's for the trans am came with a very more sleek look and the headlights almost looked sleepy, and the side decal was a very much more reminiscent thing of the Camaro because when Chevrolet introduced the I-roc Z they would put the name I-ROC Z on the side of the car, the most trans am thing on that car besides the fact they share the same body style is one of the hood options for that car other than that it's purely a camaro and if you want a trams am the ruiner 2000 is perfect for doing so, thus why Rockstar added it as the imponte ruiner 2000 because they already knew they had the 3rd gen Camaro and knight rider drove K.I.T.T which was a trans am so they made that a trans am not the default ruiner, very simple mistakes but very easy to spot out, and I better not hear anyone say a trans am can just count as a camaro, you might as well say a Volkswagen is a Porsche, yes they are from the same company but they are entirely different, the undercarriage of the two 80's beasts are an easy way to find the difference

This car actually has a faster top speed in game than the Gauntlet Hellfire and is not bad handling either. Compared to the Dominator, it's a lot more stiff and is easier to control. Imo this is probably the most underrated muscle car in gta.

This. This is my favorite car. I dont care what's faster. Anyone starting out gta online should highly consider getting this first, or at least early on. It will serve you very well. Very cheap to upgrade, and if you Learn how to push it, its very quick.

i use to and still mod this car all the time in single player i distinctly remember their was an option to mod the roof for that car it has 3 variants convertible like in the video solid roof and glass panels why did they do away with that option its annoying because now i have to get the right one to mod its not the only car in the game to loose customisation options i thought they removed it from single player to make online look better but i see its not an option online either i also wish they would give us the liveries for single player but i know theres more chance of hell freezing over before that happens
