If you have a detected menu, a non injected menu or also just do a lot of money things then yes. If you play in public sessions its even more risky when your menu doesnt block reports or when you meet an admin the hard way.

maybe or maybe not. You have higher chance to get banned if players report you. U have lower chance to get banned if u play without any players who can report you, but it doesn't mean you can use this mod menu. It can be virus. + There's a gta "bot" who checks how many money did u get, etc... and if u get suspicious they will check on u and they will ban u. So just don't use this mod menu, enjoy the game without that.
