You don't need to do the VIP missions, just go to basement 1 and change your DJ once for every half bar of popularity. This stops you getting cutscenes when you change your DJ

Your nightclub only generates income if you’re online. The safe is 50k every 48 in game minutes. If you only have a couple hours to play it’s 100k. The NC basement business is the same . If you sell once a day in afk mode it’s a little over 1 mil in 24 realtime hours invite only or 1.3 mill full public lobby. I guess what I’m saying is passive income that requires zero effort is good but that’s only if you have all day to play or put your character in spin mode 24/7. It takes the nightclub 24 hours to make close to what I make in just under one hour doing Cayo Perico solo. The daily bail business contract is 120k plus . It takes under 10 minutes. It takes me 3 min to deliver import / export cargo for 50k. I probably sell my NC every 2-3 days. I don’t afk. The only time a business is good is bonus weeks. Bunker is making a killing this week.

Play two hours a day, log out and play 2 hours the next day and tell me how long it takes your Night Club to be full. That’s my call out on GTA businesses claims. When RS totally eradicates AFK mode you will have to make solid choices. I make 2 mil + in a couple hours every day. without GTA business passive income and don’t AFK spin. Don’t get me wrong. I made millions on AFK mode money. That doesn’t make it a good business.

Adding to the Business part for the Warehouse segment, it's best to completely shut down businesses you own but aren't using, such as if you own a Document Forgery, for example. This is because of Stash Houses. The Stash House could resupply the Documents and not something useful like the Coke. There may also be a benefit to running the Greenhouse instead of Cash, if you sell daily to Street Dealers. Might take some math, but I'm finding I'm getting a good extra bit from Dealers, especially if the Dealers end up at x2 for a week. If you don't mess with Dealers, keep the Cash going instead.

I’ve scoured the internet for a notable money/chip glitch and they just don’t exist, this seems to be a solid way to make a decent chunk of change fairly often, 1.75m is insane. I think the ONLY delivery killer specifically is for the car tunnel that runs under Chiliad which outlets at the lumber mill. I've learned to use the other tunnel... the TRAIN tunnel, which starts at the Lost MC cul-de-sac and also outlets at the lumber mill. Just don't get stuck or the train will catch up 😅

1 thing to note about Nightclub business, there is a bug in the warehouse which I encounter frequently. Sometimes after you assign a technician, they don't produce the goods. You have to unassigned the technician, then reassign the technician so they start producing goods. It's so annoying.

I would recommend NOT buying the front plow upgrades on the vehicles. It does NOT help you ram stuff out of your way like the Wedge does, but it DOES make your vehicle longer and have a much lower clearance which helps you get stuck on immovable landscape stuff. Bit of a bummer.

Del Perro Nightclub has great access right in front of your spawn spot to the Highway going east and west and a main road going north and south, not all sale locations are initially in the desert. Not 100% sure it matters, (99.9%) when entering your nightclub in passive mode to increase your nightclub popularity you need to do it by the loading bay entrance.

I love it but I have to sell stock @ 1 mill because I run solo and I can't get a #2 to help with the sell missions because they spawn in a bunch of buzzards and blow you up.

I believe you have to upgrade the storage in the nightclub, go back to Maze Bank on your phone and find your Nightclub and look for storage, you can purchase up to 5 storages spots which will make it so your nightclub can hold 5x the stock i believe
