Best way to get the cars spawn is to use same car when you get to the location, just steal one in sandy shores and drive to the nearest location (that was in the right side)

Hey mate, thanks for the locations! I also have a love for the surfers and have been tracking them down since GTA launched. This week, though, I've gone back out to these locations to track down any one's I've missed. ALL I've seen at any location or on the street are the clean red and white versions (with and w/o surfboards) - from one end of the map to the other. All I ever saw at location 2 was the old stationwagon. Never a van. After 3 days respawning the beach every 30 seconds (all locations). Do you need a specific vehicle to get these to spawn? (still checking out location #3...)

They spawn in the evening same time each in game day upto 3am I think been awhile since I spawned them also watch the traffic alot spawn in around LS car meet no the modded ones just ones with surf boards

I'm here in May 2024 trying to get the rusty surfers and the blue one NEVER spawns

I actually found one of these by accident and I didn’t know the rusted one is rare because I found a rusted one
