So Flint County must also be present as part of Northern San Andreas, while Los Santos and Blaine County are obviously Southern San Andreas. I feel like they should have made Franklin die in ending C so you have to pick which of the characters to sacrifice, and maybe you could unlock the happy ending by getting 100% or something.
