I meant the dlc missions were a love letter. Not stuff like the 2 million dollar dodge charger or the 5+ million dollar supercars in the dlc. Is that a bit better? Obviously they can't make money off a single player dlc since the only way they make money is off of those shark cards. So it wouldn't work if it was single player. You also have to factor in the building changes in online compared to single player. For example online has a way more detailed casino compared to the basic looking casino in single which uses the old version of the casino. This dlc includes buildings that im pretty sure uses a different building model.

Trevor has his own content in online All tho small it's in the series A set of oringal heists and my 2nd point it's unlikely Micheal will get dlc due to to story mod references and logic such as Micheal referring to being "officaly reatirded" in both option c and a (I think.) Not to mention Micheal is probably in his late 50s by this point (online.) A further point is the fact Micheal only really did those jobs in storymode due to the the conquests of the Jews store hesit and not just that you have the factor Micheal wanted to make flims and have a fammily and enjoy his life. The only thing that I cared about GTA games its the story and character development. Man now that I think of it.. This update uses a buncha cut stuff. I mean not only the scar H and others but also playable Lamar too? It may just be a stretch but I really think they definitely took some code n progress from the cut "Lamar over Franklin" ending and just scrammed it in here. The only new thing about this seems to be Dr. Dre and Franklin/Lamar's voice acting. The rest is just stuff that was either planned for a single player dlc YEARS ago or just recycled single player missions. You're literally doing the exact same mission where you break into the FIB building, just on easy mode. No parachuting to the roof, no "hacking", no escaping through the burning building, no shootout outside. It's a joke. When I say "treat the fans", I mean they give us all this free DLC but In game the DLC items are sooooo expensive that you HAVE to spend real money regardless. Yes you can grind your arse off for these things without having to spend real money, but at the end of it all, grinding so long to get these mega expensive items, just isn't worth it. Shit I sold my oppressor mk2 for the agency building to actually play this new DLC. Saying that, I have had a real blast with this new dlc.. A return to the main story with Franklin and Lamar and The big Dawg Chop, was a very nice feeling.. Now that part is good fan service. Everything else GTA online has to offer, though, is just pure robbery lol.

now you already know, THIS was fan service. man, why didn't they just give us a damn single player extension... i want a single player extension, i want to be able to play as franklin again, i don't want to play in a game where you are literally forced to buy shark cards or you have to grind like a real damn job. If they went through all this effort, then why didn't they just make a single player expansion? I would deadass drop $60 right now for a whole new chapter in grand theft auto 5's story. I'd love to see how franklin managed to get his life to be so successful, because that isn't cleared in the online mode.

Its so dumb that they made this online. You basically have to pay for this because it requires you to buy a 2 million dollar property + vehicles to play. If they made it a singleplayer dlc they couldve charged people for it and made the same money, but it wouldve been a much better experience

They could've made him die in a valiant way saving CJ from something, because we know that Ryder and Carl were best friends in their childhood and he's loyal to the Grove. And yes, he does mock CJ for everything, but we all have some good friends who do that, right?
