Just a tip, when conducting ABCs (Airways, Breathing, Circulation) treat the problem before moving into the next assessment. For example during callout one you did ABCs then treated, first do A (Airways), then treat abnormalities. In your situation it would of been best to intubate the patient before moving into the breathing evaluation. No hate just giving a tip

Good! That rule is obvious: If A(Airways), its not clear, its no point in checking B(Breathing)! ABCDE must be followed and treated yes. Thanks for notifying everyone guy :)

Love your videos Ace. I've never seen a ambulance with 4 doors before. It's very cool to have a 4 door ambulance to transport more paramedics to a scene of a big crash.

It is a loong way ahead to make this paramedic mod reliable, and close to real life. But if you make more RP Around these peds and injuries, it would be more entertaining to watch. Performing CPR is rare to complete in 10 sec, as an example. But, funny to see the progression.
