Because I've been saying this numerous times about building the Custom F-100 from The Expendables (2010). The Slamvan Custom is perfect for this or maybe the regular one for a cheaper build.

Maxed out engine and low grips makes this truck capable of actually doing a completely stationary, endless wheelie as long as you keep flooring it, spins the wheels but never moves, takes some trial and error but it does work

This truck and the rat truck(forget what is called) and it's clean variant all used to be in my muscle car garage because I just loved old trucks. Edit: if I remember correctly you could do a glitch with the rat truck and blow out your tires to go stupid fast and you could remove the bed with a glitch

Can you customize the yellow fiat 500 from the new Mission Impossible movie? You can get pretty close to it and you can recreate the movie scenes pretty well by using the the little italien market place thing inside the filmstudio
