This Serie was released by Rockstar to attract Old Gamers who have played the previous version of GTA 5. GTA V premium edition is a special edition where we get additional gameplay and features to be able to play online. When playing online, we are given a Criminal Enterprise Starter Pack where we will be given capital in the form of money, property & weapons.
In this BD game package, we are also given a city map of GTA V Los Santos, very interesting isn't it.
And in this video I only played the initial Story Mode on the PS4 Slim. Enjoy watching..

Same in PS4, I think people are confusing the whole Online part and seeing it as a standalone only thing. The only thing Premium Edition does is it gives you a lot of money and stuff to get you started ahead Online. That's it, otherwise you can play Online with the regular GTAV as well, but of course without the extra stuff this version gives you.
