For anyone who can't stay on the train there's a trick I use, if you hold down the character select button with your left thumb it slows down the game, then use your right thumb to steer while still holding down with your left thumb. It's a little awkward but it allows you to control the bike in slow motion and you don't fall off.

Thank you for this. Playing this game rn for the very first time. And as a person who normally isn't into gaming, this game is actually hard sometimes and sometimes frustrating. In many missions I skip the shooting parts, because I just cannot do it and die constantly. Same here, I never get rid of the first snipers, they always shoot Trevor down. So its nice to see in these videos what comes after when I skip the part. I am glad that you can skip many things in this game, otherwise I would absolutely not be able to enjoy it. Yeah I know this seems weird for most people but I absolutely hate repetition when dying in games, it bores me to hell and I don't want to waste my time when I just casually want to enjoy playing a game. That's why I will never even touch DarkSouls lol.

When you're running Trevor, his special ability comes in handy, not exactly sure what it does for certain but there's a level of health control to it, I'm pretty sure it makes you take less damage. It very well could make you do more damage or regen health faster

I love how my dad questioned the logic of the games development and how lively it looked. But even in 2014 he didn't think Trevor would ride the dirt bike fast enough to jump the gaps between train cars. And Trains run through my blood. I'm a train buff so I know what he means. Plus detail to all detail freaks out there... No offense. Locomotives have spinning fans on top. Dynamic braking fans and cooling fans. And when they show that cinematic shot of Trevor landing on the locomotive, my Dad would point out. "Look the fans aren't spinning." But i notice the metal frames are shaped like fan blades which are built in the. Locomotive frame so even from a to down angle like that, it be hard to see em. Well Rockstar has film buffs not railfans. If they cared about trains that much they would at least add 2 or 3 locos to the lash up. Have 20-38 car consists that would require 2-3 engines pending on track, climate, and general traffic. Couldn't tell ya how many times I played this mission. Just because of the damn train 😂😂😂😂 Glad to see you kept up to date all this time. Been playing V since 2014. 2014-2017 (hiatus) Returned in 2021-Present
