The second i saw how fast Byze was going after the Slipstream, i KNEW he was gonna overshoot it, in races like that, where the ending is a jump into a checkpoint, if there's a boost or you're Slipstreaming, it's sometimes good to let off the throttle a little bit before the ramp just to make sure you don't overshoot the last Checkpoint lol.

Slipstream is waaaaay too powerful in the air, even if I don't have a boost/slip, I still let off. Not worth flying off 😂

@@pelicanine I agree but i think the reason Slipstream is so powerful in this game is because of the ways the vehicles are balanced and how most tracks have lots of twists and turns so if it took longer to catch up when Slipstreaming, then it would happen less frequently due to how windy tracks generally are, especially nowadays with Track Editing and such, you also have to factor in that this game is meant to be accessible to the majority of people and the easier it is to do things, the more accessible the game is.

Slipstream and catch up is actually quite broken in this game and doesn't take into consideration the car being used or the track, and gives people catch up (as in slowing them) when it shouldn't, as well as slipstreams either being too effective, or not doing anything at all. I'm also not sure what you mean about wind, as there's no wind in GTA besides in golf - the only thing that changes how cars race is whether it's wet or dry. HOWEVER I have only ever played Rockstar created races, I've never raced custom, so that's my 2 cents on the rockstar ones. Source: 515 hours in the stunt tracks only, 2800W/1245L

So much pain and suffering… I’ve lived with chronic pain caused by permanent nerve damage for over a decade now, so I’m a cripple with mobility problems, I’m mostly bedridden and I’m in pain every second of the day… yet somehow, this playlist is more painful that my general existence and I wanna give you all the pain meds in my personal dispensary.
