The way that lights on stop signs are supposed to work is that the lights override the stop signs and you follow the stop signs whenever the lights aren't working. This system is used often in intersections that see periodic heavy traffic where during the day the lights will be operating while at night they will be flashing a yellow caution and the stop signs will have priority.

here in sweden we have traffic lights and stop signs in some places. But we have a priority list, 1st: police controlling intersection, 2: lights, 3: stop sign. So basically when the traffic lights are on if its red its red and when its green you go, but if there comes a time where the lights are off then you must stop because of the stop sign.

the one BIG problem is the reaction to the seizures (being an epileptic myself). they didn't handle it quite right, but they did do fairly well. For a seizure, you need to lay them down either on their side or back, if on their back, turn their head to the side but do NOT restrain them, else you could hurt them or they themselves. but otherwise, they did fairly well :)
