Lmao, yeah Andrew was just being emotional. Terrorism can only be applied if 1) an act of violence to promote a political agenda and/or; 2) damage to federal property, took place. Since city streets aren't considered "federal" property, Buggs will only be charged for grand theft auto, wreckless endangerment and so on, but not terrorism. 🤣

New idea... James McKee's one call in prison was not to a lawyer, but to Agent 49. Even though Andrew isn't completely wrong, he made the wrong person mad. There is now a hit out for Andrew. Agent 49's job is now to kill Andrew at all costs for James McKee. Or, plot twist, you could do a prison escape to get James McKee out of jail and have a complete elaborate jailbreak and runaway.

The terrorism charges against Bugg's character were dismissed by a Los Santos judge in 2022. Bugg's character was however convicted of grand theft auto and attempted murder in 2022. He was sentenced to life without parole in 2022. All appeals so far have been denied with the US Supreme Court still waiting to hear the case.
