Buggs, the tow truck is a Scania 143, it was made in Sweden, in Europe in the '70s and '80s. There is a cab over engine version of it as well. This longnose cab version is often called the Torpedo model. They don't make many like this anymore due to vehicle length regulations in europe limiting them to shorter trailers, making the COE configuration much more popular. Glad to see you like European trucks as well though.
