To all the people in which it didn’t work, follow these steps (March 2019) 1. Drive Michael to the mission, you’ll get the disrupted sign. Stay there. 2. Switch to franklin, get a taxi 3.when in the taxi, put a waypoint on the B 4. Skip the drive 5. The mission will work 👍

To everyone whose still having trouble, here's how to do it: Be any character and drive down to get the disturbance thing. Then drive back up until you get the b again, then drive for another 5secs Get out, WALK. WALK DONT RUN. Down the hill and the mission will start. Simple as that.

Navigate away from the mission area until the blip has reappeared on your radar, then call the Downtown Cab Company to order a taxi. When the taxi arrives, get in and select the mission as the desired location making sure to choose to skip the trip. The taxi will deliver you to the mission location and you should be able to proceed from there.
