When I went to the cove with Trevor there was a floatplane in the cave and two boats with what I assumed were smugglers. They chased me all the way back to the marina in Los Santos

That mean you get side mission, finish that mission and you will unlock the Dodo Sea Plane.

When is video title GTA 5 it mean story mode (offline). If video title have GTA 5 Online it mean its multiplayer video only. Cheers

You have four spawn location, and how i mention in video if boat isn't there just walk away/drive and come back, one of the boat will be there.
