Public sessions don’t work only invite only and solo sessions

When I enter GTA online for a public session, I get kicked out

public sessions do not work menus only work in private sessions paid menus work in publics but im not sure how to do that considering i use free menus

it works online my recording software crashed when i tried recording while using it online but it does work online
