Well yes but the fact that this game seems to be way too ambitious I'm glad they took all this time despite the partial reboots and trouble they had in development i feel more satisfied with everything i've seen so far through the leaks, and as much as i hate online games to the bones we can't argue it's only because of it that we are having this hight quality game, no one else can surpass the billion dollar on a project, even if we have one big experience every 10/15 years

I don't know if anyone has talked about this before but I have an idea that can be implemented into GTA VI stemming from RDR2. The horse system can work on vehicles in GTA. For example, the horse in RDR2 essentially becomes part of your character and part of the story line. Typically players grow attached to the horse through bonding with it, levelling it up over time, keeping it healthy, and keeping its stamina up through its weight and keeping it clean and fed. This can absolutely work with vehicles. Keeping your car well maintained, possibly with periodic work to the vehicle, needing repairs or such after accidents and wear and tear to the vehicle. That can work in place of the health core of your horse, the stamina bar for your vehicle can be maintained with gasoline and not overdriving the car too much on offroads etc without proper tires and such. Just an idea, i think can work well for a more slower paced gta, while not being too intrusive towards players not wanting to get gas all the time. You will become attached to whatever car you may get, and want to stick with for longer periods of time, rather than just grabbing a car from npc's to drive 3 blocks and ditch. It would also make money a more crucial element to the game than previous gta games where money becomes pointless. etc....

The character from the "leaked" google maps image is definitely a Epic UE5 Metahuman. I can tell by the default hoodie and haircut. And given the detail of the shop in the trailer is insane, I doubt Rockstar would fill a bar with a generic bottle wall texture

@@tranium67 It just adds to it. I just double checked in the Metahuman creator and every hair strand and hoodie fold is 100% default UE5. That hoodie was initally 1 of 4 clothing options and good female haircuts were equally rare. There's a video from "native coder", "Unreal Engine 5 - Metahuman Locomotion (Preview)" that shows the hoodie and haircut from similar angles on one of the NPCs

Re the PS5 Pro price... Perhaps I'm wrong here, but I'm of the understanding that the price includes tax for everywhere except the USA. When I was last there, you're (crazily) charged tax on top of the stated ticket price when you get to the checkout, as opposed to the UK/EU way of factoring VAT/taxes in on the sticker price, and as each state values "sales tax" differently, I'm assuming they're showing the $699.99 as a pre-tax price, with final price based on where in the USA you buy it. Very happy to be corrected here, it's just what I've assumed.

I hope VI's tone, after seeing RDR2, stays a bit more grounded and more in line with IV than V. The heist framework was a direct pull from peoples reaction to IV's Three Leaf Clover mission. Imo, standard edition will be $US 69.99, just like any new AAA launch, but there will be more expensive editions with online bonuses, and since they know most of the people are interested in online, they won't have a problem paying for those editions, by that way, nobody can complain about an "increased" price, since R* aren't forcing you to pay for those

GTA V did cost 59.99€ in 2013 for xbox and PS. same for PC. Of course there were bundles with PS3 slim (Really bad console tbh) and some shops had 10% discounts but still expensive back then. I guess the game will cost 69.99€ for the simple version and up to 199.99€ for special collector edition

In terms of The Fast 5 thing, I'm pretty sure 2Fast 2Furios was the one set in Miami, so if there was any refernce to F&F I would imagine it would be related to that movie instead, like Tej's garage/ service shop, or maybe a massive garage with tuner cars stored in it, something along those lines. I still wish RDR2 had a covered up Back to the future Delorean hidden in a cave, that would have been an epic movie easter egg. I mean even the GTA6 Trailer features the Miami Vice Testarossa so they liek to put movie easter eggs for sure. Also price wise it is possible R* will push the envelope and set it around £80ish, but hopefully not.

I think it’s important to remember that only 5 was a love story to action films. 4 was not that. San Andreas was about a story within a framework much like vice city and 3. I think we need to get out of the mindset that 6 is going to be like an action movie. I think it’s going to be more about a story told within a framework. What is the framework? I don’t think it’s action movies. I think the framework is what it must be like to live and try to thrive in a place as absolutely freaking CRAZY like Florida.

I'd happily pay 70 quid for the disc, to add to my PS2 discs for 3, Vice City, San Andreas, my PS3 disc for IV, and my PS4 disc for 5, all of which I play every now and then. Spread over 10-20 years and literally hundreds of hours of use, that's phenomenal value for money. What I won't do on principle is pay any kind of monthly subscription for a digital only game.

Here’s my take RE the heists and such. I think first and foremost there is a big and dramatic story to tell. Now, while you navigate through that you will have to fund your endeavors. Rent at the seedy motel, gas in the car, food to eat. You will have to have money for that and have to make that money somehow. How you make that is up to you. Rob a little store or yank a vault out of a bank with a muscle car. That’s determined by what YOU can pull off. What “tools” do you have at your disposal to pull this off. OR will you just get killed/arrested and lose all your stuff setting you back hugely, making it impossible to progress. I think all the jobs will be there. But your ability to pull them off will vary. Heck, you may be able to play the whole thing through with small jobs and being thrifty.

Well it depends on the consumers circumstances I guess. I've got quite a bit of money, I enjoy the GTA franchise, and I wouldn't miss 200 quid if that's what they were charging. I pay every year 70-80€ for playing fifa. That means that if i play gta6 for the same years (with free dlcs) as gtav i could pay neat 500€ with no doubt. If you hace been playing fifa since fifa 15, that means that nowadays you payed near 800€. Been realistic i think the max price gta6 could have is (in my pov) 100€ +/- The most important thing are the free dlcs. But im confident because rockstar is not ea, that make them the greatest videogame company of all time
