Another delay is NOT highly unlikely! Cyber Punk was delayed 4 times and STILL released unfinished! And let's not forget the Trilogy Remastered debacle! I'm still expecting a 2026 release based on what I know of this "NEW" Rockstar and what I've seen so far!

Units sold doesn't mean more players have been added. There ate 7th, 8th and 9th Gen versions on multiple consoles! It's simple math! If one player had to buy the gamebthree times over 10 years...that's still only one player. That means 3 million units is only 1 million players. Not as impressive. This also doesn't take into account physical copies that could have been damaged and replaced. Then the number goes lower still! Strauss is just trying to keep investors from bailing!

First off...that's still a tentative date and NOT set on stone! So stop assuming things! And there is another problem. Strauss Zelnick has NEVER talked about Rockstar business in the past! Why now? The only reason I can come up with is that Rockstar really f*cked things up. These monkeys left to run the company have no idea what to do! It's the only thibg that makes sense! Otherwise, Strauss would just defer everything to Rockstar as to their time table. But not this time. Things must be pretty bad for Take Two to make this play.
