Cp2077 and witcher 3 are both awesome games, but they don’t come even close to having the rockstar polish, the level of detail and the bunch of flavor random useless stuff

@@JJGuidesUKCDPR? You mean the company that conned millions of people into buying a game that was so incomplete on launch that the biggest retailers in the world had it pulled from shelves and platforms? I don't think so. Even after all this time GTAV is still a more complete game than Cyberpunk.

Rockstar games are just from another world, and noone in the industry can catch up to them at this point in terms of world building and detail. The only thing I hope gta 6 will improve on is the combat ( smth similar to the last of us 2 ) and a renewed and more efficient/smart wanted system

I honestly wouldn’t even mind paying $100. I’m still playing RDR2 six years later, and it still blows my mind. In hindsight, it’s provided so much entertainment for the $60 I paid for it.

I don't mind AI being used as a tool for developing GTA 6 and future installments as long as there is that human oversight to touch up any imperfections. GTAs success is largely due to the authenticity in its creation. Real people voice the characters, real designers visit real life locations and feed their lived experience into the atmosphere of the virtual world they create. Look at GTA IV's Star Junction, imo no other game has quite captured the essence and DNA of its real life counterpart: Times Square. All I'm saying is that I do not want another GTA Trilogy: the definitive edition and AI upscaling problems and texture imperfections those games are plagued with.

A GTA release is a cultural event. Whatever the Collectors Edition cost is will be what I pay. But I hope Rockstar supports the single player experience. I am totally fine with paying for mission expansions like IVs TLAD and TBOGT.

100? Take 200! Whatever it costs I will buy 😂 $100 divide by 3 years play time $33 per year… how long you are going to play it then it doesn’t seem so expensive Spend more the average call of duty game as they bring them out every year!

It could be a lot more, one can complain about the current state of gaming monetization but the answer (if we have humans making games and expecting profit) is to have games costing more. Gaming as a consumer is so cheap anyway

GTA6 will obviously top all selling charts. But I'm looking forward to what CD does on the next cyberpunk (Orion). To me cyberpunk is a much better game especially on PC. I understand it came out a decade plus after GTA 5 but the game is a gem. I never experienced the initial release issues because I didn't rush to buy or play it. Playing it this year I don't think we'll see a better open world and story in a game until their next installment.

Given that 5's online mode was basically a money tree I don't think that it would make sense to increase the price of admission. What I think is more likely is that the game will push the online aspect hard, possibly to the point of compromising the single player experience to some extent. So perhaps you'll only be able to use certain weapons or vehicles in single player if you unlock them via the online mode. At worst the same could apply to certain optional missions/activities too.

That’s a really interesting point you’ve made. I think that their online mode will be huge and take a lot of their priority, but I’m hoping it doesn’t take away from their ability to tell great stories in the single player mode.

@@JJGuidesUK If they were to go down that road I would expect the main story to still remain intact, they will ideally want to leave the players wanting more after all. If you were to take the optional missions where MIchael joins that cult in 5 for instance, it begins with him applying via an in game website. If the online portion of the game were to take place before the single player story you could perhaps have a mission where you kidnap a web developer for said cult who is then made to set up such a website before it becomes a thing in the single player game. Something along those lines is basically what I had in mind, you could almost frame it like a free DLC except it requires you to get invested in the monetised side of the game in order to gain access.

too much expectition don t be disapointed rockstar are making the best game ever but not so advance will have impruvments but they are humans after all. we gamers expect the best from them but don t be toomuch greedy...
