The game has been confirmed to only be on Xbox Series X, PS5 and Series S. It's still not 100% sure they will release it on Series S since it's a less powerful console. One thing is for sure the game will not be on PS4 and Xbox One.

If it is coming out on the Series S, I don't think Rockstar wants the same disaster launch as Cyberpunk 2077 on PS4/Xbox One. I think the game will run pretty well on the Series S. Pretty sure it's going to be toned down from the PS5 and Series X version with a lot less NPC's, cars on the road, worst frame rate, downgraded graphics, less vegetation and less enterable buildings. Will it be playable? Yes. Will it be as optimized as PS5 and Series X? Of course not. Series S owners should expect a downgraded version of the game.
