It is possible to change the weapons of the roadblocks? With the wanted level editor or other mod, because that could make a good challenge for the Tightened Thrice mod.

Yes, but it is associated with on foot cop weapons, for example: on foot cop weapon: pistol (by default), this makes the roadblock weapon pistols as well, when you change the on foot cop weapon to something stronger like M16s, they will use M16s in roadblocks as well but its a bit buggy because they wont use them most of the time and they will just stare at you but can punch you with it, at least 1 or 2 roadblock cops may shoot at you with them. So yeah, roadblock weapons depends on foot cop weapons
