GTA IV challange in a Elegy Retro

Unlike last time,I drove a different car that was more powerful,I am not cherry picking the cars that I modded into the game,I decided to use a RNG wheel type thing to choose what I drive.So this is what I got.Also I would like to mention that the police was significantly dumber than last time,or it could just be the sheer speed of my car.
I attempted this challange that you can also do if you wish(youtube won't let me put up the link but you can search up GTA 4 challange and you'll find it)
The vehicle that I was driving the whole time was an addon car,you can find tutorials on how to add modded cars on the internet.
