GTA IV Mods: Fast and Heavy Car Revisited

A simple tweak which allows for breezing through traffic at insane speed. Cars get annihilated and drivers crash through windshields. I've shown this mod before but i'm approaching it a bit differently now.
There's two methods for installing this mod.
1. Manually editing it. Navigate to program files (x86)/steam/steamapps/common/grand theft auto IV/GTA IV/common/data. Find handling.dat and open it in notepad. The mass category is the first column next to the car name. Increase it to 10000 or more. To make it faster, find the column named “Ti” and raise that number. Then save the file.
2. Using a program to manage it. Download www.gtainside.... and "load" your handling.dat located in program files (x86)/steam/steamapps/common/grand theft auto IV/GTA IV/common/data. Choose a car and increase the mass to 10000 or more. Go to the transmission tab and increase the velocity. Then click save.
For graphics, I'm using iCEnhancer 3.0 for game version 1.0.4.0

It’s a config file edit, but you can find a download for a modded handling config if you google it. It’s an easy process, navigate to your gta 4 file directory and click on common then data. Scroll down to handling.dat and open it in notepad. Scroll down to see all the car handlings and pick which car you want to make heavy. The mass category is the first column next to the car name. Make it any number above 10000. If you want to make it faster, find the column named “Ti” and raise that number as much as you want. Then save the file, and you’re all set.
