GTA IV - Rusty Vigero Challenge - at the very beginning of the game

Do it in first-person. GTA IV's first-person puts the camera right at the centre of the hood, placing the massive supercharger right in your face. Have fuckitty fun! (If that's not hard enough, drive it to Acter Industrial Park and back :) )

Technical limitations... or lazy/rushed devs. GTA 5 was a little more perfected but you still can't restore beaters, so maybe Rockstar never really gave a shit about it.

i remembering finding a rusty beater in GTA:SA. I just loved driving it around for the laughs (just like it goes with the pizza scooter/faggio). They either kept it as a throwback that in older games all you really could do is put Nitro on it, or it might've been an overall cut/unfinished feature. Or maybe its just a little joke. who knows.

Switching vehicles when the cops cannot see Niko allows him to drive without being detected. They won't be able to see him again unless they get really close to him. Also, driving through alleys keeps him from being seen too. That's the way Rockstar made the game. Hope that helps.

Google Is Fucking SJW Scum as coded virgo or rusted virgo cant be found in GTA 4 hove beach until the progress is 50% complete. Even if its 50% complete you will be only able to achieve virgo only.
