GTA IV - Traffic Cops: Back in the Tollbooths

It's like it says in the book. Traffic duty can be either a blissful blessing, or a chaotic curse.
Demonstrating a script mod that puts the traffic cops back into tollbooths, as seen in the Grand Theft Auto IV Trailer #2. Works for both regular GTA IV and for EFLC, the DLC's.

Meh, I would honestly love it if police roadblock would spawn in East Borough Bridge too (as seen when escaping the police in Three Leaf Clover mission) :/

Now this is better! really hoping we could see an LCPD/ASP rework of some sort eventually too, I'm surprised someone hasn't really done that (as far as I know, I haven't looked into that) Seeing Auxiliary Police, Alderney State Police, special units and such would be nice. If it's possible, that is, I've read that there may be issues with making that happen though, it is GTA IV after all lol. On an end note, seeing the newer Stanier in the LCPD fleet just feels right.

Love your work. LCPD needs a lot of rework. By the way are you planning on doing anything with watchdogs factions mod? Are there any future updates? As far as I understand it is your biggest mod yet. It would be an interresting video of you explaining how it was made.

It was a lot of learning how to work the tools, searching for information how to do everything we needed to do from texture conversions, creating new peds, vehicles, figuring all their data files, having the game load assets, dependencies, the whole nine yards :) All above tho, collaboration and working with ppl. We have ideas but nothing we are putting to action yet. We're very busy with various other projects for the time being.

@@Olanov Next thing could be Alderney State Corrections, they only appeared on 2 missions on TLAD, then vanished and we're replaced by State Troopers like in the original GTA 4, would be cool to have the proper departments again.

What I always do is just drive right by the lowered ramp, it gives you one star so it's not very ideal, but the middle section is sometimes not recommended because there's a lamp post and you get ejected from the bike trying to speed through it.

Wish you would rework gta 4 police just like with your watch dog 1 faction redux,like alderney cop actually has their own livery,lcpd has their own SWAT,civilization committee is guarded by lcpd swat instead of regular cops,bring back the police stinger and the police motorcycle with their own unique motorcycle cop ped driving it and other general improvement.

Replace the LCPD guys at the subways and UN building with NOOSE guys, since IRL the ESU guards high value targets.

Hey i did everything that was written in the Dodge Monaco black and white readme for Driver San Francisco, but as soon as i choose "dngvehicles.sp" as output file it says error, it works only when i choose another random file as output. The problem is that if i choose another file the patch doesn't work and i keep getting the white Dodge Monaco police car...

You man I’ve replaced my sco with yours and no changes at all, you sure you put the right sco in cause I’ve even started a new save and no effects have taken same with all 3 episodes im also using the complete edition and the mod the actual complete edition, the mod doesn’t edit this script so if you know anything a reply would be appreciated
