The DLC looks really good from the trailer and I also noticed a destroyed Cargo Plane which I wonder if that will play a part in the DLC. Might be the one Trevor destroys in the Minor Turbulence mission in the Story mode for the game.

Since the Coquette D10 was introduced in the Summer Special DLC, which was supposed to be the scrapped "Cops 'n Crooks" DLC, they really seem to be heavily recycling ideas and assets. It's a shame that we could've had a cool cop car years ago, but I'm glad that we're finally getting it.

Seems like an interesting update. The police variant of the D10 is one of the vehicles I plan on getting(and I’m gonna guess it’ll be priced around 4.3 million dollars with a trade-in price of around 3 million dollars.) based on everything I’ve seen in the trailer, im gonna guess you need at most 25 million if you want to buy everything on day one of the update. If the Darnell Bros property is a purchasable property, I’m gonna estimate at least 5.5 million to buy it with all the max upgrades. Problem is with that building is that there’s no garage to store our new vehicles in, unless Rockstar did add one somewhere(which I doubt.) Hopefully we get something to grind for when the online for GTA VI comes out like a free property or vehicle.

The bullpup rifle looks new to me, it's not the FAMAS I'm using atm which is the ingame rifle that looks closest to that. Dunno what it supposed to be tho, stock looks like it could be from an F90 but the rest doesn't match.

The Police Corvette reminds me of Need for Speed Most Wanted & Carbon's Cross Corvette. Even if the NFS Variant is a C6. The BMW M3 GTR (E46) could be easily implemented just use a Sentinel from Gta IV and make a GTR Version of it.
